What are your silver plated products made of?

Our silver-plated collection is Zinc Alloy base with Silver Plate. We can confirm these are nickel, lead and cadmium free, and comply with all the reach testing.

Where do you ship to?

We ship globally!

Will I be sent junk mail if I create an account?

No, when you place your order you can choose to opt out from receiving emails from us, however if you do sign up, you’ll be the first to know about new products and company updates.

How long will my item take to arrive?

If you place an order before 1pm GMT, it will be processed and sent same day, for a 1-2-day delivery.

Where is my order?

If your order has not arrived when expected, please call us on 01279 442 528 or email info@thecaratshop.co.uk and we will investigate its status. We would recommend choosing tracked delivery to receive updates on your order status.

Why can’t I login to my account?

If you have attempted to reset your password and know your username, please contact us and let us know as the site may be down, or we may just need to activate your account or reset your password manually.

Can I automatically be updated on new product launches?

The best way to remain up to date with our new products launches or news is to sign up to our newsletter, which you can do at the bottom of our homepage, or opt-in when you create an account.

I don’t want to sign up to the newsletter, but can I still be updated on new product releases?

Follow our socials and keep an eye on our blog, posted regularly on our website for new product launch information.

How do I open a wholesale account?

You can find our wholesale account sign up form in the login section in the top right corner of our website. Once submitted, we will email you once we have checked your details and have successfully opened your account, at which point we’ll take you through how to use it.

Which courier do you use for delivery?

We use either Royal Mail or DHL depending on which you opt for when checking out on our website.

I’m having trouble with the website, what should I do?

Not everything can run smoothly 100% of the time. If you are having trouble with our website, please clear you cache, refresh the page and update your cookie settings. However, if this doesn’t work feel free to contact us and we will try our best to get things running smoothly as quickly as possible.
